从20世纪80年代至今,中国的资本市场可以说已走完了它的初级阶段。形象地说,好像一个人过完了婴儿期,可以“断奶”了。总的说来,中国资本市场目前已初具规模,尽管不尽如人意之处甚多,但资本市场的发展已经为我国混合经济模式打下了基础,而混合经济是我国下一步将要实现的市场经济目标。从这个意义上说,它是成功的。它的成功在于中国千千万万老百姓的参与,资本市场的发展如果不与他们的切身利益相联系,就注定要失败。目前,资本市场已经深入到千千万万老百姓心里,已经成为当今中国社会经济中最引人注目的热点。
