心源性脑栓塞是脑栓塞中最常见的一种类型。本文就我院收治的心源性脑栓塞90例作一分析。临床资料性别与年龄:男41例、女49例。男女之比为1:1.2。发病年龄17～84岁。其中17～60岁61例,61～84岁29例。心脏病史:病前有心脏病史87例,最长20年,5年以上36例,5年以下51例。心脏病种类:风湿性心脏病57例,其中二尖瓣狭窄或合并关闭不全53例,4例合并有亚急性细菌性心
Cardioembolism is the most common type of cerebral embolism. In this paper, 90 cases of cardiogenic cerebral embolism admitted to our hospital for an analysis. Clinical data of gender and age: 41 males and 49 females. The ratio of men to women is 1: 1.2. Age of onset 17 to 84 years old. Among them, 61 cases were 17-60 years old and 29 cases were 61-84 years old. History of heart disease: 87 cases of history of heart disease before the disease, up to 20 years, more than 5 years in 36 cases, 5 years following 51 cases.
