四冲程发动机的标定功率通常小于二冲程发动机。提高发动机转速是增加标定功率的一种方法,然而它在应用中有一些不利因素。因此,所希望的方法就是提高四冲程发动机的扭距,由于现有系统在尺寸和价格上的问题,应用小排量发动机看来有难度。因此,新开发了一种增压系统,命名为先进的曲轴箱增压(ACSC),即利用曲轴箱作为增压器。在这项研究中,用一台50mL、带有ACSC的单缸机在一辆踏板式小轮摩托车上进行了发动机单机试验和实际行驶试验。在这些试验中,该发动机的扭距是自然吸气发动机的两倍。另外,在实际行驶试验中,还获得了等同于二冲程发动机车辆的驾驶性能。同时,还确认了其排放水平也等同于自然吸气发动机车辆。在燃油耗方面与二冲程发动机车辆相比也有了改进。
Four-stroke engine calibration power is usually less than the two-stroke engine. Increasing engine speed is one way of increasing the nominal power, yet it has some disadvantages in its application. Therefore, the desired approach is to increase the torque of a four-stroke engine, which may seem difficult due to the size and price of existing systems. Therefore, a new pressurization system has been developed named Advanced Crankcase Boosting (ACSC), which utilizes a crankcase as a supercharger. In this study, a single-engine 50cc ACSC engine on a scooter was used for single-engine test and actual driving tests. In these tests, the torque of the engine was twice that of a naturally aspirated one. In addition, in actual driving tests, the driving performance equivalent to a two-stroke engine vehicle was also obtained. At the same time, it was also confirmed that its emission levels are also equivalent to naturally aspirated engine vehicles. There have also been improvements in fuel consumption compared to two-stroke engine vehicles.
