[目的]观察咳喘1号联合西药治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组40例酮替芬片,1.5～2mg/d,早、晚2次,口服;过敏性鼻炎者给予氯雷他定片,必要时吸氧、雾化吸入。治疗组40例使用咳喘1号(熟地200g,西潞党120g,淮山药、生黄芪各150g,茯苓150g,白术、石菖蒲各100g,党参80g,桃仁75g,地龙、川芎、五味子各60g,甘草60g,陈皮30g),1剂/d,水煎取100～150mL,分3～4次服用,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1年为1疗程。观测临床疗效、肺功能指标、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈29例,显效6例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈10例,显效11例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肺功能指标改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用咳喘1号联合西药治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期能有效地减轻和控制哮喘病情,调节和提高机体免疫功能,改善肺功能,延长缓解期,改善患儿生活质量,具有标本兼治之功,值得推广。

The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of lung function index was better in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of Cough 1 and western medicine can effectively alleviate and control asthma in children, regulate and improve immune function, improve lung function, prolong remission and improve children’s quality of life.
