企业投融资管理对保证企业资金安全起着十分关键的作用。为了促进我国电力企业的进一步发展,本文针对我国电力企业投融资上存在的风险,包括国家政策的风险、技术风险、建设风险、成长风险、管理风险、生产风险、市场风险和商业风险等进行了分析。并就如何加强投融资管理提出了一些应对策略,包括加强投资管理、利用企业的诚信来进行融资、通过国家的政策引导,吸引外国的资金来投资电力等,来保证企业资金的安全。
Business investment and financing management to ensure the safety of corporate funds plays a crucial role. In order to promote the further development of China’s electric power enterprises, this paper aims at the risks existing in the investment and financing of China’s electric power enterprises, including the risks of national policies, technical risks, construction risks, growth risks, management risks, production risks, market risks and commercial risks analysis. And put forward some countermeasures on how to strengthen the management of investment and financing, including strengthening investment management, utilizing the integrity of enterprises to finance, ensuring the safety of enterprise funds through national policy guidance and attracting foreign funds to invest in electricity.
