煤矿供电安全是十分重要的,由于煤矿供电网络特殊结构,导致电网参数难整定,容易发生越级跳闸的问题。研究将地面数字变电站防越级跳闸技术应用于煤矿井下,设计了基于光纤纵差保护技术,并结合高速同步采样技术和GOOSE通讯技术的煤矿防越级跳闸保护系统,实现煤矿供电网络的防越级跳闸安全保护功能。该系统为煤矿越级跳闸问题提供了一种解决方案,为提高煤矿供电安全水平具有重要意义。
