本文对中美两国的档案学研究生教育状况从发展现状、生源结构、师资力量以及学生就业方向等四个方面进行了比较,以期增进了解、取长补短,进一步促进我国档案学研究生教育事业的发展。
This paper compares the educational status of graduate students in Archives in China and the United States from four aspects: the current situation of development, the structure of students, the strength of teachers and the direction of students’ employment so as to promote mutual understanding and learn from each other’s strengths and promote the development of graduate education in China.
