基于云南省相关统计数据,采用主成分分析法(PCA)对云南省各州市水资源承载能力进行评价和排序,并分析大旱形成的原因。针对云南省水资源利用中存在的问题,提出了合理化建议及有效的防治措施。
Based on the relevant statistics of Yunnan Province, the principal component analysis (PCA) was used to evaluate and rank the carrying capacity of water resources of all prefectures in Yunnan Province and analyzed the causes of drought. Aiming at the existing problems in the utilization of water resources in Yunnan Province, reasonable suggestions and effective prevention and control measures are put forward.
