目的:探究阻抗胃动力的检测方法与功能性消化不良的评价。方法:目前所采取的方法是无创生物阻抗技术的胃动力检测方法,对功能性消化不良的患者进行临床探究,调查的人数为在我院2015年3月-2015年7月就诊的30例功能性消化不良的患者作为试验组,对照组为30名健康的志愿者。结果:通过无创生物阻抗技术发现这30例功能性消化不良病人的胃运动正常节律百分比(PNF)和正常功率百分比(PNP)明显小于正常健康人群,但节律变异系数(FIC)和功率变异系数(PIC)大于健康组。结论:生物电阻抗技术能够依据消化过程中胃组织的电特性及其变化规律,采用无创的技术检查胃部的运动状况、生理、病理的信息,实现胃动力功能的检测与功能性消化不良的评价。
Objective: To explore the detection of gastric motility and the evaluation of functional dyspepsia. Methods: At present, the method adopted is non-invasive bioimpedance gastric motility test.
