目的观察全冠修复时黏结剂涂布预备后的基牙对敏感症状的改善情况。方法选择2007年1月至2009年12月盘锦市第一人民医院口腔科及吉林大学口腔医院种植中心拟进行烤瓷修复的患者87例(患牙224颗),根据随机数字表将患牙随机分为试验组(112颗)和对照组(112颗)。牙体预备后,试验组涂布Prime&BondNT黏结剂,对照组不做任何处置。临时冠摘除后进行相关指标检测,比较观察试验组和对照组的临床疗效。结果在探诊、冷风刺激和冷水冷诊的检测中,试验组的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)测量值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用Prime&BondNT黏结剂能有效改善牙体预备后牙本质敏感症状。
Objective To observe the improvement of the sensitivity of the abutments after preparation of the adhesive coated with crown restoration. METHODS: From January 2007 to December 2009, 87 patients (224 teeth suffering from dental implants) who were enrolled in Department of Stomatology, First People’s Hospital of Panjin City and Planting Center of Stomatology Hospital of Jilin University were enrolled. Patients were randomized according to a random number table Divided into experimental group (112) and control group (112). After tooth preparation, the test group was coated with Prime & BondNT adhesive without any treatment in the control group. After the removal of the temporary crown related indicators detection, comparative observation of the clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control group. Results During the exploration, cold stimulation and cold water cold test, the pain visual analogue scale (VAS) measurement in the test group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of Prime & BondNT adhesive can effectively improve dentine hypersensitivity after tooth preparation.
