随着我国教育改革的不断深入,高校发展受到国家和社会的广泛关注,高校得到社会各方的资助或投资,经济来源多元化。但高校在财务执行管理中存在着管理不当、重视不够、收支失衡、监察不力等问题,不利于高校发展。本文就高校财务预算执行阶段存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决措施。
With the continuous deepening of education reform in our country, the development of colleges and universities has drawn wide attention from the state and society. Colleges and universities have received funding or investment from all sectors of the society with diversified sources of economy. However, colleges and universities in the implementation of financial management there are not properly managed, inadequate attention, imbalance in payments, weak supervision and other issues, is not conducive to the development of colleges and universities. This article analyzes the existing problems in the implementation of the financial budget of colleges and universities and puts forward the solutions.
