1998年,中央决定实施农村电网改造工程,给四川的地方电力发展带来了新的发展机遇。农村电网建设改造这一造福天府、惠泽蜀乡的“德政工程”“民心工程”自此拉开了序幕。四川地电人将党和政府的关怀寄情于飞架在青山绿水间的银线,送到千家万户,农民终于用上了放心电、明白电。
