目的了解北京市公安干警血压水平。方法于2009年对北京市某区全部1315名在职公安干警进行血压测量等身体检查,分析血压水平及血压分级情况。结果公安干警高血压患病率为43.3%,其中I级高血压25.3%,Ⅱ级高血压12.7%,Ⅲ级高血压5.3%;正常高值血压个体占40.9%;正常血压个体占15.2%。男性血压水平高于女性(P<0.05),血压水平随年龄增长呈上升趋势,平均舒张压在41~50岁达到高峰。超重人群血压水平明显高于健康人群。结论公安干警血压水平高于一般人群,正常高值血压人群构成比高。
Objective To understand the blood pressure level of police officers in Beijing. Methods In 2009, all 1315 serving police officers in a district in Beijing were tested for blood pressure and other physical examinations. Blood pressure and blood pressure were analyzed. Results The prevalence of hypertension in police officers was 43.3%, including 25.3% of grade I hypertension, 12.7% of grade II hypertension and 5.3% of grade III hypertension, 40.9% of normal high blood pressure individuals and 15.2% of normal blood pressure individuals. The level of blood pressure in males was higher than that in females (P <0.05). The level of blood pressure increased with the increase of age. The average diastolic blood pressure peaked at 41 to 50 years old. Overweight people blood pressure levels were significantly higher than healthy people. Conclusions The level of blood pressure in police officers is higher than that in the general population, and the proportion of people with normal high blood pressure is higher.
