医疗工作是一项严肃、细致、复杂的科学技术工作。在医疗实践中,任何玩忽职守的行为和粗心大意不负责任的工作态度都可能造成医疗事故,轻者增加病人痛苦,重者使病人残废甚至死亡。笔者在处理医疗事故中,收集了比较完整的24例医疗事故资料,现作一分析。一、材料来源:本组24例医疗事故是我县1970～1980年十年中医疗事故的一部分(未立案者,不计在内)。24例医疗事故中,妇产科13例占54%,外科4例,护理科3例,内科、
Medical work is a serious, meticulous and complicated scientific and technical work. In medical practice, any dereliction of duty and careless and irresponsible work attitude may cause medical accidents. The lighter ones increase the patient’s pain, and the more serious ones make the patient disabled or even die. In the handling of medical accidents, the author collected more complete 24 cases of medical accidents and made an analysis.
