现代企业的竞争在很大程度上是人的竞争,企业必须依靠企业优秀人才能高效地完成企业任务。而企业运用绩效管理,能对员工发挥有效的激励作用。我国绝大多数企业都已经深刻地认识到“人力资源”的重要性。绩效管理被认为是人力资源管理过程。如何凭借员工的工作表现,来有效合理对其进行评估,从而保证员工工作积极性的持续和创新能力的不断提升,达到与公司战略目标一致等,都成为各企业时刻关注的企业大事。本文对新时期如何构建企业的绩效管理体系进行了探究。
The competition of modern enterprises is to a large extent the competition of the people. Enterprises must rely on the talents of enterprises to accomplish the tasks of enterprises efficiently. The use of performance management companies, employees can play an effective incentive. Most Chinese enterprises have profoundly realized the importance of “human resources”. Performance management is considered a human resource management process. How to rely on employee performance, to effectively and reasonably assess them, so as to ensure that employees continue to work enthusiasm and innovative ability to continuously improve, and consistent with the company’s strategic goals, all enterprises have become the focus of business events. This article explores how to construct a performance management system in a new era.
