为了深入研究浙江省名师名校长的成长规律、成功因素和培养策略,浙江教育学院(现浙江外国语学院)在教育部2008年度教育科学规划课题——“中小学特级教师成长因素与培养策略研究”中,对50名有代表性的浙江特级教师进行了问卷调查和个案访谈。余自强老师1994年被评为浙江省特级教师,在基础教育科学课程研究方面建树颇丰。以下是余自强老师在《特级教师是怎么炼成的?——关于中小学特级教师成长因素与成长历程的问卷调查》中所做的书面回答的部分内容。
