利用改良的微量酶联免疫吸附法测定59例经骨髓(BM)活检的各种慢性病(白血病、淋巴瘤、骨髓增生异常综合征、真性红细胞增多症和各种癌症等)患者和32例平均细胞体积(MCV)降低患者的红细胞铁蛋白(RCF)。结果表明血清铁蛋白(SF)与RCF间没有关系,BM贮存铁增加SF也增加,但BM贮存铁缺乏的8例病人中只1例。BM贮存铁减少的8例患者中没有1例SF下降,相比之下BM贮存铁缺乏8例患者中有6例RCF下降。BM贮存铁减少,正常和轻中度增加患者间平均RCF没有明显不同,而大量BM贮存铁缺乏的患者RCF下降,MCV降低的32例患者28%RCF降低。由此可见RCF比SF更能
A total of 59 patients with chronic diseases (leukemia, lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, polycythemia vera and various cancers) of 59 cases with bone marrow (BM) biopsies and 32 cases of mean cells Volume (MCV) reduces red cell ferritin (RCF) in patients. The results showed that there was no relationship between serum ferritin (SF) and RCF, SF increased in BM storage, but only 1 of 8 patients with BM deficiency. None of the 8 patients with BM-depleted iron decreased SF, compared with 6 of 8 patients with BM-deficient iron deficiency. There was no significant difference in mean RCF between patients with normal BMD and mild to moderate BM excretion, while RCF decreased in patients with extensive BM-deficient iron stores and decreased in 28% of 32 patients with MCV.
