中国是世界茶树原生地,也是茶文化发源地,茶文化底蕴丰厚而久远。唐代陆羽《茶经》成为世界最早的茶叶专著。当今,时逢盛世,中国茶业得到很大发展,对于茶文化的研究,特别是中国国际茶文化研究会提出“清、敬、和、美”当代茶文化核心理念,将广泛的研究引向深入。它必将在推动茶业强国建设中,发挥重要作用。我就值此中国国际茶文化研究会成立廿周年之际,就中国茶文化及茶文化核心理念谈一些认识,就推动茶叶强国建设谈一些看法,供大家研讨。
China is the world’s tea tree native, is also the birthplace of tea culture, tea culture rich and long ago. Lu Yu in the Tang Dynasty “tea by” became the world’s earliest tea monographs. At the moment, the flourishing development of the tea industry in China has brought great development to the tea culture. In particular, the China International Tea Culture Research Society proposed the core concept of contemporary tea culture “Qing, respect, and beauty” and extensively researches Lead in. It will certainly play an important role in promoting the building of a powerful nation in the tea industry. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the founding of the China International Tea Culture Research Society, I would like to make some remarks on the core concepts of tea culture and tea culture in China and talk about promoting the building of a strong nation in tea for your discussion.
