病历摘要患者男,16岁,学生,1980年5月26日以发烧、食欲不振、尿黄6天、黑便3天为主诉入院。入院前6天开始发烧,无寒战,极度乏力。尿色深黄。右上腹胀痛不适,食欲锐减,恶心并呕吐两次。发病第三天,大便呈黑色糊状,每日1—2次。入院前一天鲜血性大便两次,无脓液及下坠感。鼻衄两次。在当地医院就诊时,医生发现巩膜黄染,以黄疸待查转来我院。既往健康,无肝炎、伤寒、痢疾病史。体检:体温39℃,脉搏112次/分,血压110/
Patient male, 16 years old, student, May 26, 1980 with fever, loss of appetite, urinary yellow 6 days, black stools were admitted for 3 days. 6 days before admission fever, no chills, extreme fatigue. Dark yellow urine. Right upper quadrant pain and discomfort, sharp drop in appetite, nausea and vomiting twice. The third day of onset, the stool was black paste, 1-2 times a day. Blood stool twice a day before admission, no pus and falling flu. Nose 衄 twice. When visiting a local hospital, the doctor found yellow sclera dye to be transferred to our hospital to be jaundiced.
