International gold prices have been in a weak spot for months after they hit a new all-time high of $ 1,030 an ounce in mid-March, declining. In early June, Fed officials suppressed inflation and raised the possibility of a rate hike of the U.S. dollar. As a result, the gold price hit a strong sell-off near 900 U.S. dollars, with two clear offs and a record low of 856 U.S. dollars. Driven by bargain hunting and oil prices soaring to $ 140 a barrel, the price of gold rebounded sharply after breaking the downtrend at the end of the month and hit a fresh two-and-a-half month high of $ 935.
