1资料与方法患者,男性,47岁,农民工,住院号7533。来院半小时前酒后喝百草枯(paraquat,paraquation)约50ml,当时即出现恶心、呕吐数次,被120车送入我院急救,清水洗胃过程中见大量蓝色液体,于2009年12月31日2点收入院。既往体健。入院查体:生命体征稳定,颜面红润,略有躁动,双肺无干湿罗音,腹部软,无压痛。入院后继续给予留置胃管,20%甘露醇反复导泻,口服普萘洛尔片、维生素E胶囊,肌注维生素B1,静注呋塞米,静滴奥美拉唑、地塞米松、维生素C、维生素B6
