全球所有新兴产业以及新的经济增长点几乎都是由创业活动推动或提供的,创业活动的贡献得到了全球经济发展的证实。本文借鉴全球创业观察(GEM)的研究框架,建立了河南省创业环境评价指标体系,并结合河南省各主要地市数据的分析,证明这一评价指标体系具有一定的科学性与合理性,可作为区域创业环境评估的模式选择。
Almost all emerging industries and new points of economic growth in the world are driven or provided by entrepreneurial activities, whose contribution has been corroborated by the global economic development. Based on the research frame of Global Entrepreneurship Observation (GEM), this paper establishes the index system of entrepreneurial environment evaluation in Henan Province and analyzes the data of major cities in Henan Province to prove that this evaluation index system is scientific and reasonable.
