随着市场经济体制的建立,统计服务工作正在发生深刻的变化,一方面企业的经济效益和市场形势要依赖准确的统计数据反映,要求统计信息必须全面、准确和及时;另一方面统计为适应形势发展也要加强对资料的分析整理,扩大服务范围,加快信息反馈。因而可以说“服务需要统计,统计提供服务”,这既符合服务与统计的密切关系,也符合统计本身的发展趋势。统计工作只有把资料分析和利用的任务摆到重要位置,才能搞好服务工作。笔者从实际工作中感到,统计要搞好优质服务,提高统计工作的服务职能和使用效益,应着重从以下
