袋栽平菇时,一般都将塑料筒的两端套上颈圈塞上棉塞,也有将料筒两端用绳扎紧进行发菌。笔者在实践中发现,袋栽平菇两端颈口不塞棉塞效果更好。(一)试验方法:用纯棉籽壳生料拌0.2%的多菌灵,含水量约60%,用普通塑料袋装料接种。采用层播法,使料的两端和中间都有一层菌种。试验分成ABC 三组,每组25袋,共75袋。A 组,接好种的袋子,两端用绳扎紧;B 组,接好种的袋口,套上颈圈加
