随着人民生活水平的提高,越来越多的人流患者希望能在完全无痛的情况下完成人流。目前,我院正在积极寻找一种安全有效的无痛人流的方法或药物。为此,我院于2002年7月至2003年7月,将丙泊酚静脉注射麻醉用于人工流产术,取得良好效果,现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料选择2002年7月至2003年7月,门诊自愿要求无痛人流57例,均为健康妊娠妇女,年龄20～38岁,平均年龄27.5岁,妊娠6～10周,
