过去我县普遍实行集中采、集中留的采茶制度,即春茶采一批洪园茶,采一批检园茶,夏茶少采,秋茶不采。近年来我站开始推广分批多次采摘技术,1978年对两种采摘制度的茶叶产量、质量进行了试验。试验区面积为0.35亩,设两个处理,二次重复。分批采处理:留一叶采,采一芽三叶为主,20—30%达到标准即开摘。集中采处理:70%达到一芽三叶以上开采,留鱼叶采光采净。4月10日开园,10月8日封园。分批采全年共采10批,集中采全年共采5批。结果如下:一、青叶产量:分批采实际采摘面积
