神经纤维溜的外科治疗,解决术中出血是一个重要的问题。因为这种肿瘤血管非常丰富,尤其是动脉较多,加之富于血窦,所以术中出血很多。据报道有的病例出血量竟达6900ml。即使用含有肾上腺素的麻药也无济于事。因出血过多,不能有效止血而中断手术者也有报道。我科1例右面颞部神经纤维瘤采用环扎加低温处理后手术切除,出血很少,在整个手术过程中及术后均未输血。患者伤口I期愈合,
