我国地下矿山大块矿石的二次破碎,一直是采用爆破法或人工大锤法,这种二次破碎方法炸药消耗量大,成本高,劳动强度大,安全性差,是迫切需要解决的生产问题。为此,1983年1月冶金部下达了“YS-5000型液压碎石器与YSJ-5000型地下液压碎石机”的研制任务,由北京钢铁学院负责,宣化风动机械厂和符山铁矿参加合作研制。经过调查研究、设计、制造和调试,样机于1986年4月出厂,运至符山铁矿进行工业试验,至1986年9月破碎大块1048块,旧水泥基础252m~2,超额完成了工业试验大纲要求。试验表明该机器设计合理、结构紧凑、工作可靠、机动性好、便于维修,特别是碎石器的能
The secondary crushing of the large ores of underground mines in our country has always been the blasting or artificial sledgehammer method. This secondary crushing method has the problems of large consumption of explosives, high cost, labor intensity and poor safety, which are urgent production problems to be solved . To this end, January 1983 issued by the Ministry of Metallurgical “YS-5000 hydraulic gravel and YSJ-5000 underground hydraulic crusher” development tasks, by the Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel, Xuanhua Fengdonggong Machinery Factory and Fu Shan Mine to participate in cooperative research. After investigation, design, manufacture and commissioning, the prototype was shipped in April 1986 and transported to Fushan Iron Mine for industrial testing. By September 1986, 1048 large blocks and 252m ~ 2 old cement bases were broken, surpassing the completion of industrial Test outline requirements. Tests showed that the machine is reasonable in design, compact in structure, reliable in work, good in maneuverability and easy to maintain, especially the capacity of stone breaking device
