课程改革是实施素质教育的一个热点和难点问题。在新形势下,教育要改革,课程改革是先导,也是基础。而当前的素质教育既要让学生追求个性的充分与和谐发展,又要兼顾教育整体质量的全面提高,要促进学生独立性、能力与创造素质的发展。但是,现行的课程体系及其教材难以适应素质教育的要求,因此课程必须加以改革,搞好课程改革是更好地实施素质教育的前提和保障。
Curriculum reform is a hot and difficult problem in the implementation of quality education. Under the new situation, education should be reformed, and curriculum reform is the precursor and foundation. The current quality education should not only allow students to pursue the full and harmonious development of individuality, but also take into account the overall improvement of the overall quality of education, and promote the development of student independence, ability and creative quality. However, the current curriculum system and its teaching materials are difficult to meet the requirements of quality education. Therefore, the curriculum must be reformed. The reform of curriculum is a prerequisite and guarantee for the better implementation of quality education.
