过去有关尿汞排泄量的数值报导有的是不适当的,有的甚至是矛盾的。因此,作者测定了接触汞的不同工厂无症状健康工人的尿汞排泄量,并以无接触汞职业史的人群作为对照。对其中有些人还进行了连续的测定,以便进一步了解接触与排泄的时间关系。观察对象分为五组:(1)随机抽选门诊无汞接触史的就诊病人11名;(2)无接触汞职业史的医院职工8名;(3)接触金属汞的医院和大学职工9名;(4)空心阴极灯装配工人10名;(5)牙科医生24名。
In the past, the numerical reports about the urinary mercury excretion were inappropriate, some even contradictory. Therefore, the authors measured urinary mercury excretion from asymptomatic healthy workers in different factories exposed to mercury and compared them to those without occupational mercury exposure. Some of them also conducted continuous measurements to gain a better understanding of the timing of exposure and excretion. The subjects were divided into five groups: (1) randomly selected 11 outpatient visits without mercury exposure history; (2) 8 hospital staff without occupational exposure to mercury; (3) hospitals and university staff with mercury exposure 9 Name; (4) 10 hollow cathode lamp assembly workers; (5) 24 dentists.
