解剖学工作者为了寻求一种既能保存标本又能减少对环境污染,消除“公害”的方法,多年来曾进行过无数的试验和探寻,也提供了不少较好方法。在千年“古尸”不干不腐,十年“泡菜”色味俱佳的启示下,我们制做了“水封式湿标本保存器”,把经过防腐固定的湿标本放置于用水封闭容器口的密闭容器内,对大体温标本进行保存。经过三年时间的考验,度过了重庆地区三个暑热季节,所保存的标本未见变干变质,证明保存效果良好,而且经济简单,方便安全,特简介于后。
