研究了异种钢T型螺柱焊接头的抗冲击性能及接头硬度,并对断裂后的基体及螺柱的微观组织、硬度及其断口进行了系统分析。研究表明,超高强钢构件上的低碳钢螺柱应用螺柱焊方法焊接,在构件抗冲击考核中,螺柱较容易脱焊,不能满足产品使用要求,而螺柱材料选择不锈钢后,螺柱焊接头组织得到了有效改善,螺柱焊接头的抗冲击性能显著提高,可满足常规抗冲击性要求。
The impact resistance and joint hardness of dissimilar steel T-stud welding joint were studied. The microstructure, hardness and fracture of the fracture matrix and stud were systematically analyzed. The research shows that the low carbon steel studs on the ultra-high strength steel components should be welded by the stud welding method. The studs can be easily desoldering in the component impact resistance test, which can not meet the requirements of the products. However, when the stud material is selected from stainless steel, Column welding head organization has been effectively improved, stud welding head significantly improved impact resistance, to meet the conventional impact resistance requirements.
