齐河县位于鲁西北平原,黄河左岸,与省会济南隔河相望,是山东省沿黄渔业综合开发重点县。近年来,齐河县以科技为先导,以经济效益为中心,以优化养殖品种结构为重点,坚持开发宜渔资源与发展特色渔业并重的方针,引进推广了建鲤、河蟹等名优品种及“上粮下渔”为主的生态渔业模式,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。2001年,全县渔业养殖总规模8.76万亩,水产品总产量5.78万吨,产值1.65亿元。但要保持强劲的发展势头,向渔业强县目标迈进,必须抓住加入WTO给水产业发展带来的机遇,充分发挥沿黄优势,加大措施,做大做强这篇产业文章,力争用5年时间,使渔业养殖总规模达到12万亩,总产量10.7万吨,产值2.7亿元,渔农人均增收150元。应做好以下几方面工作。
