11月15日,河北省林业局组织召开了贯彻实施《河北省封山育林条例》宣传动员会,强调要加大《条例》的宣传力度,并公布了《河北省封山育林实施方案》。《河北省封山育林条例》于12月1日正式施行,为了更好地推进全省的封山育林工作,河北省林业局加大了全省的普法宣传力度,加强了林业系统内部的普法和执法培训。省林业局印制《条例》宣传张2万份,《条例》单行本1万册,宣传张保证山区县所有行政村每村一张,已于12月1日前张贴完毕,
