颅内动脉瘤是成人非创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的主要原因,占所有颅内出血的25%,是一种致残率和致死率很高的疾病。对动脉瘤的病因、病理、血液动力学、自然演变以及进一步的手术和栓塞等治疗方法的研究,具有重要意义,而所有这些工作都是建立在动脉瘤动物模型的基础上。目前动脉瘤动物模型应用的动物主要有大鼠、兔、狗和猪等,模型建立方法有静脉移植法、动脉部分结构破坏法、高血压诱发法等。现就动脉瘤模型的建立的最新进展综述如下。
Intracranial aneurysms are the leading cause of adult non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage, accounting for 25% of all intracranial hemorrhages, and are a disease of high morbidity and mortality. Aneurysm etiology, pathology, hemodynamics, natural evolution and further surgery and embolization treatment is of great significance, and all of these are based on the animal model of aneurysm. At present, the animals used in animal models of aneurysms include rats, rabbits, dogs and pigs. The methods of vein graft, arterial partial structure destruction, and hypertension induced are the methods of animal models. Now on the establishment of aneurysm model of the latest progress are summarized below.
