南屯电厂3台HG-220/9.8-L.MN型循环流化床锅炉,由于循环流化床锅炉独特的燃烧方式,不可避免地对锅炉的受热面造成冲刷磨损,管壁减薄,以致造成水冷壁多次爆管。本文主要从锅炉受热面的重点磨损部位及原因,检修工艺以及运行参数调整等方面采取的措施进行阐述,从而减轻水冷壁爆管,延长锅炉运行周期。
