日前,广东省政府在贯彻国务院《稳定消费价格总水平保障群众基本生活》(即“国16条”)的部署中,颁发了《关于贯彻落实国务院部署稳定消费价格总水平保障群众基本生活的通知》(即“粤23条”)。这是对市场价格实行市场调节和自觉调控有机结合的得力措施。
