急性脑卒中(Acute stroke,AS)是世界范围内的常见病和多发病,是指各种病因所致的急性脑血管病的总称,具有发病率高,致残率高的特点[1]。目前脑卒中已成为国人的主要致死原因之一,在西方是第三大死因,仅次于心脏病和癌症[2]。急性缺血性脑卒中(Acute ischemic stroke,AIS)是最常见的脑卒中类型,占全部脑卒中的60%~80%。其急性期的时间划分尚不统一,一般指发病后2周内[3]。
Acute stroke (AS) is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease in the world. It refers to the general term of acute cerebrovascular disease caused by various etiologies. It has the characteristics of high morbidity and high disability [1]. Stroke has now become one of the leading causes of death in China, the third leading cause of death in the West, second only to heart disease and cancer. Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is the most common type of stroke, accounting for 60% to 80% of all strokes. The acute phase of the time division is not uniform, generally refers to the 2 weeks after the onset [3].
