目的探讨时间-空间相关成像(STIC)-M型超声技术在测量胎儿二尖瓣环位移(MAD)中的应用价值。方法对65例22~26周胎儿心脏所获取的STIC容积数据,应用STIC-M型超声对MAD进行测量,并与传统M型超声测量MAD的数值进行对照,分析这两种方法测量MAD的相关性和一致性,以及分析MAD与孕周、体质量的相关性。结果 STIC-M型超声所测得的MAD为(6.55±0.96)mm,而传统M型超声所测得的MAD为(6.54±1.06)mm,两种测量结果具有相关性。MAD值与孕周、体质量均具有显著相关性(P值均<0.001)。STIC-M型超声测量的MAD一致性和可重复性优于传统M型超声。结论 STIC-M型超声可用于MAD测量,并且有可离线分析,较传统M型超声有更好的可重复性等特点。
Objective To investigate the value of time-space-related imaging (STIC) -M ultrasound in the measurement of fetal mitral annular displacement (MAD). Methods The STIC volume data of 65 fetuses from 22 weeks to 26 weeks of gestation were measured by STIC-M ultrasonography and compared with the MAD values measured by conventional M-mode ultrasound. The correlation between MAD and MAD was analyzed. Sex and consistency, and analysis of MAD and gestational age, body mass correlation. Results The MAD measured by STIC-M ultrasonography was (6.55 ± 0.96) mm, while the MAD measured by conventional M-mode ultrasonography was (6.54 ± 1.06) mm. There was a correlation between the two measurements. There was a significant correlation between MAD value and gestational age and body weight (P <0.001). STIC-M-type ultrasound measurement of MAD consistency and repeatability than the traditional M-mode ultrasound. Conclusion STIC-M type ultrasound can be used for MAD measurement, and can be off-line analysis, compared with the traditional M-type ultrasound has better repeatability and so on.
