Objective: To observe the influence of plateau environment on the human body composition of officers and soldiers stationed in training. Methods: 120 male soldiers stationed in the plateau for health examination. The bioelectrical impedance method was used to measure the body composition of the subjects. The main indexes included body mass index (BMI) and body fat amount of 33. Results: Compared with that before entering the plateau, the body composition index of officers and soldiers after entering the plateau was significantly lower than that of the other groups except for the left lower extremity muscle distribution and the extracellular and intracellular water content (ECW / TBW) . Conclusion: The body composition level of officers and men in the plateau environment is significantly reduced, which requires a high degree of attention, given targeted interventions, scientific arrangements for officers and soldiers meal and training intensity.
