针对当前我国飞行员流动产生的种种问题,作者在广泛访谈调研的基础上,建议可尝试通过市场手段,建立飞行员有序流动机制。近年来,随着我国民航运输业快速发展,由于飞行员供求关系失衡、流动机制的不健全、赔偿标准不统一等因素,导致劳资双方矛盾突出,对簿公堂、法院抗议、绝食抗议等一些过激事件时有发生,严重影响到了民航运输业的和谐发展。
Aiming at the problems caused by the current flow of pilots in our country, on the basis of extensive interview and investigation, the author suggests to try to establish an orderly flow mechanism for pilots through market means. In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s civil aviation transportation industry, due to the imbalance between supply and demand of pilots, the imperfect flow mechanism and the unification of compensation standards, the contradiction between employers and employees has been prominent. Some overcautious events such as courtroom protest, hunger strike and protest Have occurred, seriously affected the harmonious development of civil aviation transport industry.
