Earlier it was reported that the glassy carbon electrode can effectively replace the drop mercury electrode to determine the copper in the copper mine. In this paper, some cathodic voltammetric behavior of lead in glassy carbon electrode in hydrochloric acid solution has been briefly investigated. It is found that it behaves in some ways consistent with its behavior at the droplet mercury electrode and can be used to determine lead . Experimental equipment and reagents, 883-type polarography.
