为减少乳腺癌漏诊和过度诊断的发生,本研究应用乳腺X线摄影显示出的多种钙化征象中,提出“三微钙化”对诊断早期乳腺癌的重要性。本文经X线摄影诊断166例早期乳腺癌和109例乳腺小良性肿瘤的病例与“三微钙化”的关系进行回顾性分析。结果显示,X线诊断与病理诊断符合率达90.2%～96.9%。表明“三微钙化”是早期乳腺癌的重要X线征象,可以作为诊断乳腺癌的标准之一。
In order to reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis and over-diagnosis of breast cancer, this study proposed the importance of “three microcalcifications ” in the diagnosis of early-stage breast cancer in many calcifications manifestations by mammography. In this paper, 166 cases of early breast cancer and 109 cases of benign breast neoplasm diagnosed by X-ray photography were retrospectively analyzed. The results showed that the coincidence rate of X-ray diagnosis and pathological diagnosis reached 90.2% ~ 96.9%. Show that “three micro-calcification ” is an important X-ray signs of early breast cancer, can be used as one of the criteria for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
