With the exception of a few opencast mines, the vast majority of them operate underground and are in danger of falling roofs, penetrating water and poisonous gas at any time. The most damaging numbers are water and gas explosions. Such major accidents have taken place every year for decades, with dozens of deaths each and as many as 100 deaths. Why is this an accident always happening? The key is due to the lack of safety information and ideological paralysis.
