由矿石氧化自燃而导致的内因火灾,一直是某些硫化矿床开采中的重大课题。为查明其氧化自燃的机理,多年来已有许多学者从事一系列研究,相继取得了诸多工作成果,从不同的方面揭示了有关机理的表征参数。但在地下开采条件下,由于硫化矿石氧化过程的复杂性,有关理论迄今仍难于准确地指导生产实践。本文拟从硫化矿石的氧化与地质地带的关系,硫化矿床中主要矿物的氧化性,矿石氧化自燃的主要影响因素,以及开采中矿石氧化自燃过程等四个方面,试就相关机理作一探讨性论述。
Internal combustion fire caused by spontaneous combustion of ores has been a major issue in the exploitation of some sulphide ore deposits. In order to find out the mechanism of its spontaneous combustion, many scholars have been engaged in a series of studies for many years and many achievements have been made successively. The characterization parameters of the mechanism have been revealed from different aspects. However, under the conditions of underground mining, due to the complexity of sulfide ore oxidation process, so far the theory is still difficult to accurately guide the production practice. This paper intends to make a discussion on the relevant mechanisms from four aspects: the relationship between the oxidation of sulfide ores and the geological zone, the oxidation of the main minerals in the sulphide ore deposits, the main influencing factors of the spontaneous combustion of the ore and the spontaneous combustion process of the ores Discussion.
