[目的/意义]云图书馆集合了新兴的信息技术,提供了更广更海量的信息资源,而其IT能力直接决定了云图书馆的服务质量,因而对其IT能力进行系统分析和评价就显得十分必要。[方法/过程]从云图书馆基本运作流程角度论述移动互联网环境下云图书馆IT能力的内涵并对其特征进行解析,同时对其组成结构进行维度划分,运用改进型的可拓评价方法对其进行综合性评价。[结果/结论]可拓评价方法可以综合评价云图书馆IT能力;根据评价结果可针对性地对图书馆IT能力指标进行改进,以提升其整体IT能力。
[Purpose / Significance] Cloud Library brings together emerging information technologies to provide a broader and more massive information resource. Its IT capabilities directly determine the service quality of cloud libraries, so that their IT capabilities can be systematically analyzed and evaluated It is very necessary. [Method / Process] This paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of cloud library’s IT capabilities under the mobile Internet environment from the perspective of cloud library’s basic operation process. At the same time, it divides the structure of its dimensions into three parts and applies the improved extenics evaluation method It conducts a comprehensive evaluation. [Result / Conclusion] Extensible evaluation method can comprehensively evaluate the cloud library’s IT capabilities. Based on the evaluation results, the library IT capability indicators can be improved to enhance their overall IT capabilities.
