The norm review conference was held in Chengde on July 22-27 this year. The meeting was chaired by the Department of Standardization and Quota of the Ministry of Construction and represented 32 delegates, including relevant ministries, universities, and industry experts. 22 members of the preparation team attended the meeting. The meeting determined the normative nature of the geotechnical survey. The design proposal and construction measures mentioned in the report are all suggested to the construction unit. The construction unit should consider whether to adopt it. The scope of application of the code does not include railways, highways, dams, and nuclear power plants.
