为研究外源性睾酮对雄性高脂血症大鼠早期动脉粥样硬化形成的影响及其作用机制,将雄性Wistar 大鼠随机均分为正常组、高脂组和治疗组( 环戊丙酸睾酮,2.5 mgkg,肌注) ,12 周后分别测定血脂、血浆脂质过氧化物及肝脏和主动脉脂质含量,光镜检查主动脉内膜形态。结果表明,治疗组与高脂组相比,血浆脂质及脂蛋白水平相差不显著,血浆脂质过氧化物含量升高;治疗组肝脏脂质含量低于高脂组,而主动脉脂质含量高于高脂组,治疗组主动脉内膜粘附的单核细胞数及油红染色阳性泡沫细胞数均多于高脂组。提示外源性睾酮促进雄性高脂血症大鼠早期动脉粥样硬化的形成。
To investigate the effect of exogenous testosterone on early atherosclerosis in male rats with hyperlipidemia and its mechanism of action, male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal, hyperlipidemic and therapeutic groups Testosterone, 2.5 mg kg, intramuscularly). After 12 weeks, lipids, plasma lipid peroxides and lipid contents in liver and aorta were measured respectively. The morphology of aortic intima was observed with light microscope. The liver lipid content in the treatment group was lower than that in the high-fat group, while the aortic lipid Content higher than the high-fat group, the treatment group, the number of aortic intima adhesion of mononuclear cells and oil-red staining positive foam cells were more than the high-fat group. It is suggested that exogenous testosterone promotes the formation of early atherosclerosis in male hyperlipidemic rats.
