目前,我国的旅游业发展迅速,旅游业已成为我国经济新的重要增长点。然而,与旅游业迅猛发展不协调的却是旅游市场依然存在很多不规范之处,旅游法律法规尚不完善。其中,旅游者对于旅游合同第三人与自身权益保护的认知不够,导致权益受到侵害的现象比比皆是。因此,我们有必要对旅游合同进行深入的理解,充分认识旅游合同第三人与旅游者的责任、义务、权益,进而才能切实维护自身的正当权益,促进旅游业的健康发展。
At present, the tourism industry in our country has been developing rapidly. Tourism has become a new important point of growth for our economy. However, the uncoordinated development with the tourism industry is that there are still many non-standardities in the tourism market, and tourism laws and regulations are still not perfect. Among them, the tourists do not know enough about the protection of the third party in the tourism contract and the protection of their own rights and interests, which leads to the abuses of rights and interests. Therefore, it is necessary for us to make a deep understanding of the tourism contract, fully understand the responsibility, obligation and rights and interests of the third party and tourists in the tourism contract, and then we can effectively safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests and promote the healthy development of tourism.
