目的 探讨数字减影血管造影 (DSA)在颈动脉体瘤治疗中的作用。方法 总结经病理证实的颈动脉体瘤 13例 ,研究DSA在其中的表现。结果 颈动脉体瘤为富血供型 ;DSA能清楚显示肿瘤血管细节及肿瘤与相邻血管的整体关系 ;术前行超选择性动脉插管栓塞治疗有助于减少术中出血及术后并发症。结论 颈动脉体瘤的DSA表现特征明显 ,影象直观 ,与血管关系明确 ,对诊断 制订治疗方案及外科手术具有不可替代的价值
Objective To investigate the role of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the treatment of carotid body tumors. Methods Thirteen cases of carotid body tumor confirmed by pathology were studied in order to study the performance of DSA. Results Carotid body tumor was rich blood donation; DSA can clearly show the details of tumor blood vessels and the overall relationship between tumor and adjacent blood vessels; preoperative selective arterial cannulation and embolization can help reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications disease. Conclusion DSA manifestations of carotid body tumor are obvious, the image is clear, and the relationship with blood vessels is clear, it has an irreplaceable value in diagnosis and treatment of surgical treatment
